		<description>hmm...if paying people to be in line is cheaper than a 30 second commercial then it might make sense to pay a few people to start it.  But i doubt the whole thing is staged, most of them are just crazy.</description>

		<description>They're activists... read up on em at Engadget. They're not there for any reason other than for their cause - and I'd be willing to bet they don't have a clue what an iPhone is. 

And while I'm sure Apple loves the free attention ... I'd like to think Apple is above stunts like Comcast pulled a while back.</description>

		<description>I doubt that Apple would chance being even remotely connected with some stunt like that. If it were ever discovered that theyhad been involved, it would be a huge huge embaressment, the stock would take a tumble, etc etc.</description>
