		<description>I've had FIOS Internet (and TV) since it's been available to me. Prior to that I was a satisfied Cablevision (Optimum Online) customer. I've never had any issues (or should I say as everyone else should that I've never had any issues that I've noticed) with FIOS since I got it over 2 years ago. It's been rock solid. When I had Cablevision, it was rock solid too. 

Obviously, if someone has an issue with their service, they have a reason to switch. For me, it's more the bundling pricing then the stability of the service which keeps me on one provider now. If I kept POTS (vs using VOIP), it would cost me more per month to switch to cable then keep POTS (over the fiber) and get Internet and TV from Cablevision. 

My FIOS plan is 20/5 and I get 20/4.7  any time I've run a speed test like the one you posted above. That includes rainy saturdays, after school when the kids come home, or in the early hours before work. As long as you're happy with the service, there's no reason to feel the need to switch.</description>
