Problems: *If this is media friendly, why can we not download & save media directly from the web? The i-phone has so many more applications ,and impressive functionality, in-stink does not. The other thing I am quickly hating is that when you connect your phone through USB it shuts off. My PDA phone was big clunky and falling apart but always worked and I could keep it plugged in at the office and pick up via bluetooth whenever I wanted. I'd rate the Instinct so far a D+. I'm hoping later today I'll get it home and find something to change my mind. So far I've blown about 5 hours of a Monday trying to get my phone to sync my contacts :-( Wow!
