My Uncle Vincent who passed away a few years ago is probably one of the most heroic people I have ever met in my life. You don’t get medals like these for being a silent soldier. You get metals like these for being a hero! My father placed a memory for him at the WW II Honoree Memorial.. Passing that WTC memorial a few days ago made me thankful once again for an Uncle who fought for this country.. I Wiki’d each of the medals so you can see what it took to receive some of these unbelievable awards.
A man who I will always remember for his bravery.

Wow…I am speechless. That is something to be very proud of. Your uncle is a hero in the truest sense of the word.
David,
Thank you for carrying on my dad’s memory. It is comforting to know that he was so highly thought of.
