Looks like Jack has been moderating for the Windows Mobile Forum at Microsoft and seems as if he isn’t making many happy.. Here is a post from the suggestion box
Dear Mr. Cook,
Even though you are listed as Moderator MVP in the Outlook Mobile FAQ, I find it very telling that you do not (1) allow replies to any of your postings, (2) that you do not list any email contact address either at this Forum nor at www.experiencemobility.com. So I have to try to reach you this way.
This, in my mind, raises a lot of red flags.
In addition, I find it extremely distburbing that there are SO many help requests out here on this Forum that go completely unanswered — either by Microsoft and/or the moderators.
I realize that Microsoft is absolutely not interested in the end-user experience because the end-users do not pay Microsoft — the vendors do. But giving all these Forum users who are genuinly are seeking assistance the very obvious FU-finger is tasteless and hypocritical.
If you cannot do — or want to do — the job as moderator or function as an ombudsman for frustrated and puzzled end-users, maybe it’s time to let go of the pride and pass the torch to someone who will.
Thank you
Daniel Long

Well the time has come to start my personal blog. Wikipedia defines the word blog, a place to provide commentary or news on a particular subject, such as food, politics, or local news; some function as more personal online diaries. For me this will be a place where I share my experiences with all of you on what is involved behind the scenes of running my website

Funny (some) of us who are not MVP’s actually know more about WM and the WM marketplace (solutions) than those that have been granted the title of MVP. There are some great MVP’s who are great resources of knowledge. However, all one needs to do is check out some of the MT forums and all the great people the mods have helped over the years.
