Not the greatest picture one would like to see in the morning but unfortunately I will be doing my morning walk from Penn Station NYC to 3rd ave and 50th street which is a 2 mile walk through Manhattan in probably 25 degree weather which basically stinks.
Warning Rant: Many of you know I used the iPhone for five months and switched to the Blackberry Curve. Well last week I thought I would update the firmware to 1.1.3 to find out Apple would like me to reactivate my phone which it never asked me to do prior to the update? I called Apple to find out that under the so called usage rights that the iPhone not activated will not and not supposed to work as an iPod? Wahhhh? Are they serious? No offense but prior to the update I could use the iPhone as a Touch so who are they to tell me I don’t have a right to use it as a iPod Touch? They even had the nerve to say to me, “if you want to use it that way buy the iPod Touch!!!!” Or sell it on Ebay?
I asked him why would my Blackberry Curve work as an MP3 player without a SIM? He said he doesn’t know but those were my only two options!!

You tell me? Class action? Why is there no uproar about this?
