I watched a video on GearDiary where the reviewers was testing how scratch proof the iPOD Touch is.. One thing the reviewer forgot was to test the BACK of the touch. This is the EASIEST part of the device to scratch as I showed in my review of the touch. I hate it when reviewers lack the full test process…

I agree with Interstink. The back of the device is not really critical to the operation of the device and is therefor not a major concern to anyone that is considering buying the device. I know it certainly has not affected my buying decision.
Also, I wouldn’t say the review is “misleading” anyone. Like I said, if the part that they decided to omit was essential to the usage of the device then I would say it’s a big deal, otherwise it’s a very minor omission.
Plus, there has been enough 3g, 4g, and 5g iPods with chrome backs out there for people to be aware of any issues.

Well the time has come to start my personal blog. Wikipedia defines the word blog, a place to provide commentary or news on a particular subject, such as food, politics, or local news; some function as more personal online diaries. For me this will be a place where I share my experiences with all of you on what is involved behind the scenes of running my website

Try, the rear-end of all “chrome” iPods scratch very easily. But I guess my concern would be the screen.
