Not that I am fat in any way but according to my cardiologist I need to get 10lbs below my key weight of 185 which takes me down to 175. I am 6 feet 2 inches tall so I would really be psyched if I got to 175..Last week I started my crusade by eliminating all bread (carbs) out of my diet. Last week I was at 215 and stepped on the scale today and was down to 209. I am now getting back in my grove and thought it would be fun posting my experiences, food I made and exercizes I do daily. Also I thought it would be a challenge since I posted my weight for all you to see :) So the fun begins..
