I was completely thrown off to hear yesterday that Jeremy Lusk has passed away from a tragic accident in New Mexico. I had the privilege of meeting Jeremy and having press access to shoot his jumps. He was extremely polite to my kids and told them always to be careful and that it is a dangerous sport. I wanted to share this photo that I posted almost 2 years ago of Jeremy.. This photo is hanging up on both Jacob and Alex’s wall (19×16)

Ok well if you listened to my podcast, “SubWays Dieter” you’ll know I was at a stalemate with my weight at 203. Well this morning I got on the scale and down to 200.7! That is a total of 17lbs!!! My hunt for 175 is getting closer.
